I’m eirrann, from the latent space.
Husband and dad first, artist second, veteran always somewhere in the background.
I also have a genetic duplicate running around the world: my identical twin scizors.eth, a core facet of my existence.
I’m an anonymous multimedia AI artist. My artistic practice is grounded in my background in photography.
I use AI tools to capture subjects I could never find with a camera. They exist only where my imagination meets the latent space deep beneath the surface of AI models.
In my work, I have sought to weave together visual storytelling, AI and narrative world-building, aiming to surface glimpses of unseen worlds rather than chase trends.
My artwork can be found under the pseudonym eirrann.eth on the Ethereum blockchain at Transient Labs, Foundation, SuperRare, Sealed, Rodeo, ZeroOne, Layerr and Bueno, and under the pseudonym eirrann.tez on the Tezos network at objkt.
I became interested in the intersectionality of AI and art through my twin, whose work you can find at scizors.wtf.

As a professional writer and amateur artist, I’ve been thinking for a while now about tools, incentives and what kinds of environments actually let serious creative work survive without turning into performance.
That’s meant caring less about “marketing” my art and more about connecting with like-minded people in places like Farcaster that feel human, durable and high-signal (currently, it's the only such place I've found online).
I’m interested in what happens when people make things seriously, in public, with care, and without the constant pressure to optimize for attention.
I keep coming back to this topic because of how unusual it has been to discover an online space where signal finds signal, and conversations unfold instead of explode.
The world needs places where it’s possible to meet thoughtful strangers who don’t feel like strangers for long.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions, or are interested in learning more about or acquiring my AI artwork.
Also check out featured collections in gallery, and read long-form posts about what I've been working on lately and topics adjacent to my artistic practice in updates.
I am proud to have been selected out of some 1,400 entries among the group of finalists by the inimitable Claire Silver for #ClaireAIContest 6.
Claire is a pioneering AI artist who inspired me to get started in this field, and her contests have become a benchmark for some of the best artwork currently being made in our community.
I am also stoked to have been selected as one of the first 32 artists announced for the NFT.NYC 2024 Community Artist Showcase.
My artwork 'pyrrhic victory' was featured on a limited Gen 1 Artist-Edition NFT.NYC Hoodie, designed in collaboration with Community Artists selected from among more than 3,300 submissions.
